Five signs

I made this adsfsdf

I drew a bunch of small squares and rectangles with designs on them on the back of a piece of graph paper, then I scanned them, opened them in GIMP and then duplicated and rotated and copied and whatnot until I got this, and then I colored it.

The big squares were made by duplicating rectangles and flipping the duplicates horizontally and sticking them to the originals, hooray for symmetry!

So yeah, the symbols are the four suits of cards and a round sun or coin emblem. And I colored Spades and Hearts to be the same colors as my characters Sego and Doggy respectively.

So this reminds me of an Ajrak, a neon sign, a casino, a LUDO board, the five mythical beasts in Chinese Mythology (Qīng Lóng, Huang Long, Zhū Què, Bái Hǔ, and Xuán Wǔ), a compass, the four classical elements in most cultures, and a bunch of other things that would make this description too long... and it got that way because I was looking to pass the time until my internet connection stopped dicking around and I could upload this.
